BIM Modeller

• Report to the Head/ M&E and is responsible to work with the project team to perform drawing related works.
• Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
• Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/ manager.
• Timely production of shop drawings.
• Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, or BIM.
• Proven track record with at least 2years full experiences with BIM MEP, preferably part of consultants or main contractor project team.
• Good interpersonal skills, strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and their integration into BIM model.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve clashes or discrepancies in the model.
• Communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
