Julian Grey's client is a Main Contractor specializes in the residential, industrial, institutional and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models in accordance with project requirements and submission standards
• Produce shop drawings, 2D drawings, documentation and as-built models aligned with company standards
• Perform regular model updates, audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and coordination
• Carryout BIM coordination works including clash detection with other disciplines
• Liaise with subcontractors and project teams to ensure timely updates and model exchanges
• Create and manage BIM families, templates and objects for project use

Requirements:

• Minimum1 year of relevant BIM modelling and coordination experience
• Proficient in Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP), Navisworks and AutoCAD
• Familiar with BIM360 / ACC Build is an advantage
• Exposure to Architectural, Structural and M&E drafting preferred
