Construct 3D BIM models and work closely with project teams on drawing amendments and updates.
Produce civil and architectural 3D model drawings, design works and calculations.
Provide BIM modeling/CAD drafting and design support.
Coordinate and manage BIM model, create Revit families and CAD blocks.
Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers and engineers.
Ensure the completion of BIM projects in accordance to project requirements and in compliance with authorities guidelines.
Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
Manage workflows, processes and implementation of BIM projects.
Knowledge in BIM responsibilities
Maintain and perform document control
Any other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
Preferable with Specialist Diploma in BIM or relevant BIM certification
Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools, with strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
Familiarity with BIM processes and submission standards
Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction projects in Singapore entry-level candidates with a strong interest in building a career in the Built Environment sector are also welcome to apply.
