BIM Modeller

Responsibilities:

• Creation of 3D model content and ensuring model quality control.

• Comply modelling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes.

• Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines.

• Comply with BIM execution plan requirements for the project.

• Work closely with design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings / BIM models.

Requirements:

• Certificate from BCA BIM Modelling course or equivalent

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering

• Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and authority submissions

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & Naviswork Manage

• Experience in M&E, PSG or Fire systems design and prepare drawings

• Understanding of Local code requirements for Electrical Systems

• At least 2 years experiences in Singapore construction industry.
