BIM Modeller

ASR Mixed Construction Pte. Ltd. is looking for a talented BIM Modeller to join our team. If you are skilled in 3D modeling, construction coordination, and project visualization, this is a great opportunity to work on exciting construction projects across Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain BIM models for construction projects.

• Coordinate with design, M&E, and construction teams for clash detection and design updates.

• Generate construction drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.

• Support project teams with visualization, simulations, and design coordination.

• Ensure models comply with project standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools.

• Knowledge of construction processes and M&E systems is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in construction projects in Singapore is preferred.
