BIM Modellar ( MEP)

Qualifications:

. Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD

. Must have knowledge in ACMV/HVAC-type of work.

Responsibilities:

. Produce shop drawings and submit within stipulated time.

. Coordinate with site engineer for the update of shop drawings.

. Coordinate and manage all BIM related aspects of projects, from tender to construction stage.

. Coordinate the use and delivery of BIM for the Contract.

. Ensure the appropriateimplementation of the BIM Execution Plan and deliverables as well as theeffective and efficient collaboration and coordination of design.

. Participate in design andmodel coordination meetings and reviews sessions.

Requirement:

. Able to start immediately.

. Knowledgeable in ACMV .

. Able to handle Revit.

Must have at least 2 years drafting experience
