Responsibilities:
- Assist M&E Manager in coordinating M&E specific works on site
- Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on-time completion.
- Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality
- Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO and responsible for clearing QA/QC inspections to meet with construction schedule.
- Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices.
- To check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E sub-contractor/NSC vendors progress payments incl. instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by sub-contractors and vendors.
- Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
- Responsible for attendance to daily site co-ordination meeting and provide detail co-ordination with sub-contractors.
Requirement:
- Recognized Degree in Mech/Elec Engineering or equivalent
- Min 2-3 years of experience in coordinating and supervising M&E services and/or building-related projects
- Proficiency in BIM and AUTOCAD will be added advantage
