Create BIM Design / Tender Models and Documentation
Support BIM implementation tasks on projects with updated approved BIM information
Create construction and as-built models
Follow the standards, workflows, settings, and best practices that ensure the delivery of high-quality consistent modelsand drawing output across the entire project
Prepares 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings
Prepare drawings and detailed designdocuments for preliminary, construction, and as-built status by using BIM Modeling, AutoCAD, Revit
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience in BIM Modelling, Execution Plan, BIM Setup, Standards
Familiar and well-versed in VDC, Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Navisworks and BIM360
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
Experience in construction of building projects with architectural finishes works
