Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and update BIM models in accordance with project specification.
- Produce coordinated construction drawings, shop drawings and detailed documentation that comply with the industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the stakeholders to incorporate design inputs into BIM models.
- Prepare and manage documents, e.g., shop drawings, submission records, coordination logs.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately to support smooth project delivery.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to support the project execution.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering / Architecture / Building or any related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Good understanding of construction detailing, drawings, and documentation processes.
This position follows a 5.5 day work week and is site-based.
