Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the BIM team (Coordinators and Modellers) to deliver project requirements across multiple sites.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the BIM Execution Plan, standards, and workflows in compliance with industry and regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee integration, management, auditing, and reporting of BIM data (e.g., schedules, costs, specifications) to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security.
- Conduct coordination meetings, provide technical guidance, resolve BIM-related issues, and deliver training or presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support business development activities including requirement gathering, proposal preparation, and staying updated on AEC technology trends.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, GIS, Building Science, or related discipline certification in Autodesk Revit (advanced modules) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of BIM-related design and/or construction experience with full project lifecycle exposure in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore BIM Guide, VDC Guide, IDD Guide, BCA BIM requirements, ISO 19650, and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, MS Project/Primavera, and other BIM/VDC software tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
