Job Description

Our client is an SME construction company (subcon). We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager (M&E, ACMV, and BMS) to lead and oversee BIM implementation for ACMV and BMS works in a large-scale Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) project. This role will drive BIM coordination from design development through installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Responsibilities
- Lead BIM coordination for Mechanical & Electrical works from design stage through installation and T&C.
- Develop, implement, and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in accordance with project requirements.
- Oversee federated M&E models (LOD 300-500) and conduct clash detection using Navisworks.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve design and coordination issues.
- Manage the production and submission of coordinated shop drawings and as-built BIM models.
- Supervise and guide BIM coordinators and modellers to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Administer and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to maintain data integrity and version control.
- Ensure proper asset data integration for ACMV and BMS systems to support smooth handover and facility management requirements.

Requirement

Requirements & Preferences

(Must)
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
- 6 years of relevant M&E experience, with at least 4 years in a BIM management capacity.
- Proven experience in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects
- Proficient in Revit (MEP), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore BIM standards and regulatory submission processes.
- Willing to work overtime or during weekends as the project is at its peak
- Willing to work in Tuas (company transportation provided from the designated MRT station).
- Willing to work under contract employment (depending on headcount and company performance)
- Able to join within 1 month
