BIM Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare BIM execution plan for projects
• Provide guidance to the BIM coordinators in BIM aspect
• Prepare reports on BIM activities and progress including presentations to the client and consultants
• Chair BIM coordination meetings with Project Consultants and sub-contractors, and ensure all BIM issues are coordinated and resolved promptly.
• Ensure BIM goals and deliverables are achieved and BIM modelling quality is achieved.
• Responsible for the overall development and delivery of the BIM.
• Monitors compliance with BIM execution plans and coordinate file management procedures and protocols for the BIM Model.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering
• 5 years of related local construction working experience
