Job Summary:
As the BIM Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of BIM processes across multiple projects, ensuring the effective use of digital modeling tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM strategy, planning, and execution for interior fit-out and construction projects.
- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific BIM protocols.
- Oversee model coordination, clash detection, and resolution between architectural, structural, MEP, and ID models.
- Manage BIM content, templates, families, and libraries to ensure project consistency.
- Support 4D to 7D BIM integration for scheduling, cost, facility management, and sustainability data.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure models align with project scope and requirements.
- Train and mentor project staff and junior BIM users to enhance overall BIM capabilities.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients for BIM deliverables and coordination.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Min 5 years of hands-on BIM experience, preferably in interior fit-out or construction/engineering sectors.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM tools related to 4D-7D applications.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g. ISO 19650), coordination workflows, and LOD requirements.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-disciplinary coordination and foster a collaborative digital environment.
