BIM Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for BIM setup and implementation.
• Establish and enforce documented processes, BIM Execution plans and workflows.
• Oversee the creation, approval and management of BIM contents.
• Lead and mange BIM team, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Support and work closely with project team on BIM implementation and meeting project BIM requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience in BIM implementation, design and drafting.
• Has prior experience leading a team of BIM Modellers for various projects
• Proficiency and in-depth working knowledge of BIM of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit MEP/Structural/C&S and Navisworks, etc.
