BIM Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Advocate for advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice.

. Lead BIM project implementation. Manage process of exchange, collaboration, and clash coordination with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

. Develop processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools.

. Lead and develop BIM protocol, standards, and content library.

. Develop and execute development plan to improve digital practices.

. Develop automations for project delivery.

Requirements:

. Degree in Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, or its equivalent with minimum 6 (9 for Senior) years of relevant consultancy experience.

. At least 4 (6 for Senior) years BIM project implementation experience.

. Proficiency in ISO 19650, and Singapore IDD project implementation.

. Proficiency in Authorities BIM submissions, and documentation.

. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and ACC. (Dynamo requirement for Senior)

. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Advantage:

. BCA Academy's BIM Modeling and BIM Management.

. Specialist Diploma in BIM and Specialist Diploma in Computational BIM.

. ISO 19650 certification, buildingSMART DDM accreditation.

. IFC-SG schema and CORENET X submission.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, and PowerBI.

. Proficiency in IFC, Revizto, ProjectWise, Solibri, ArchiCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Blender.

. Proficiency in Python, C#, Git, SQL.
