Project: Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF), Tuas
Scope: ACMV & BMS Works
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager (M&E) to lead BIM implementation for ACMV and BMS works for a large-scale Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) project in Tuas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM coordination for Mechanical & Electrical works from design through installation and T&C
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensure compliance with project BIM standards
- Oversee federated M&E models (LOD 300-500) and conduct clash detection using Navisworks
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design conflicts
- Manage production of coordinated shop drawings and as-built BIM models
- Supervise BIM coordinators/modellers and manage Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Ensure proper asset data integration for ACMV and BMS systems for handover
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of M&E experience, with at least 3 years in a BIM management role
- Strong experience in large-scale industrial/infrastructure projects preferred
- Proficient in Revit (MEP), Navisworks and AutoCAD
- Familiar with Singapore BIM standards and regulatory submission requirements
- Strong coordination, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work at Tuas with transportation pick up at designated MRT station.
