Our client is a well-established organization with a strong track record in the construction and engineering sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a BIM Manager, in hopes of enhancing project coordination and digital delivery standards. They are located in the (Central) - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage BIM frameworks, including development of BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Conduct coordination sessions with stakeholders across project phases
- Review clash detection outputs and prepare coordination summaries
- Oversee model consolidation and ensure accuracy for project handover
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary models (Architectural, Structural, M&E) for integrated outputs
- Implement and administer Common Data Environment (CDE) for centralized data access
- Enforce model-based shop drawing extraction across all contractors
- Ensure consistency between model data and drawing documentation
- Develop Asset Information Model (AIM) templates aligned with lifecycle requirements
- Provide BIM-related input during tender preparation and submissions
- Participate in technical and coordination meetings as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM management within construction projects
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for 2D and 3D production
- Experience in BIM coordination, model integration, and tender support
- Experience in preparing BIM deliverables for asset and facility management stages
