Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Manager located in Singapore. The BIM Manager will lead and oversee the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes within the organization. Daily tasks include coordinating BIM activities, managing virtual design projects, ensuring integration with architecture and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, and collaborating with project stakeholders to drive digital transformation in construction projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
• Experience in Virtual Design and Architecture
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications in BIM or related technologies are a plus
• Experience with construction digital transformation initiatives is desirable
