BIM Modeler/Coordinator

. Develop documentations and make submission to authorities using BIM software

. Able to use CAD drafting and basic modelling of Piping, HVAC, Plumbing and

. Sanitary system and Electrical system / Power plant layouts

. Develop Architectural and Structural Models according to Tender or Shop Drawing.

. Develop and maintain company's BIM standard library

. Manage process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants , client and stakeholders

. Monitor and ensure drawing submissions schedule is achieved

. BIM projects and technical supports

. Ensure accuracy of documents based on BIM Modelling Requirements

. Minimum Education Level: Diploma in Architecture / Engineering/ Construction related disciplines.
