Project Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To liaise with clients, consultants and contractors for site matters.
2. Attend to customer enquiries and orders via emails or phone call.
3. Coordination with office relevant department to ensure projects move forward in a smooth and efficient manner.
The Project Coordinator shall assist Project Manager in oversees the project planning, implementation, monitor and track projects with specified deliverables.
REQUIREMENT
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
2. Essential Skills: Basic MS Office, especially Excel & Words.
3. Possess Polytechnic diploma in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building or equivalent awarded by BCA Academy.
4. Job seeker without the above qualification but relevant experience would be considered.
Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification.
Working hours
5 days week
Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm
