BIM Manager Opportunity (up to $7000)
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated BIM Manager to join our team, focusing on critical Housing & Development Board (HDB) projects. This is a crucial leadership role where you will manage all BIM processes, drive project efficiency, and lead a dynamic, cross-cultural team.
The Opportunity
As the BIM Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our Building Information Modeling execution. You will:
- Lead and manage a local team of 3-4 BIM Coordinators in Singapore.
- Liaise closely with and oversee an offshore BIM Modelling team of 10-12 Modelers in India.
- Ensure the successful implementation of BIM standards and workflows across all assigned projects.
Essential Skills and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record and expert proficiency in the following areas:
- HDB Project Experience:Mandatory prior experience as a BIM Modeler or Coordinator specifically on HDB projects in Singapore.
- Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency with the Autodesk solution suite, including Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Team Leadership: Must have demonstrated experience in effectively managing a team of BIM professionals.
- Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, and possess good presentation skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: up to S$7,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Annual Leave: 14 days per annum, with an additional day added each year.
- Bonus: Discretionary bonus provided once during the Chinese New Year period, based on company and individual performance.
- Medical Coverage: Monthly MC claim allowance.
Work Details and Location
- Work Schedule: 44 hours per week, divided over 5 or 5.5 working days depending on project requirements.
- Standard Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, in-office role with no hybrid arrangement.
- Location: You will be based at our Headquarters at Ubi Techpark and will be required to attend client site meetings as necessary.
