Job Description
- Involve and lead in checking and coordination of drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (eg Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors works).
- Plan, manage, and oversee the digital delivery process using BIM technologies.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless digital integration.
- Lead and manage the BIM and drafting team to deliver high-quality models and drawings for construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure BIM standards and workflows are implemented effectively.
- Oversee model integration, clash detection, and coordination using BIM tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience managing BIM and drafter teams in the construction industry.
- Possess a BIM certification recognized by BCA (Building and Construction Authority, Singapore).
- Strong proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Good understanding of construction processes, coordination, and documentation requirements.
- Demonstrate a reliable, responsive and positive work ethic with the highest degree of integrity.
