Report to Head of Department (Innovation & Technology).
Provide input to the development of the company policies and strategies related to Project BIM Implementation and Management.
Implement and ensures compliance with company's BIM policies and strategies within the team.
Create the conditions and support for collaboration within the Department.
Manage and maintain Corporate Guides related to BIM-VDC-IDD.
Reporting on department projects and staffs state of progress.
Support Tender Team in providing specific information for tender requirements.
Engage suppliers, vendors, contractors (and subcontractors) in full-filling internal project deliverables.
Keep up to pace with industry technology movement and put forward strategies for consideration to management.
Organise information, training programmes, coaching and guidance for in-house operations and systems to our users.
Develop and manage learning materials.
Competent in BIM-VDC-IDD Tools and Project Management is essential. Good knowledge of industry practises to Construction deliverables as well as DfMA is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversees, lead and manage all Project BIM-VDC-IDD accordance to project requirements, and providing regular updates on implementation to respective stakeholders.
Develop, manage and enhance project BEP, project BIM libraries and Content across all projects, and ensure consistencies in the results.
Continuously enhancing BIM/VDC/IDD Guides, Standards and Methodologies.
Support inter-department use of BIM materials, content and data exchanges.
Lead BIM/VDC/IDD initiatives and manage programmes that will enhance productivity for the Organisation.
Support Projects BIM implementation using Autodesk AEC Collection especially Revit and, Naviswork, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, coupled with VDC methodology and BCA IDD Use Cases.
Lead in BIM/VDC/IDD education & training programmes for the unit and the organisation.
Build up and maintain BIM/VDC/IDD team through hiring and development programmes.
