BIM Designer

Location: Kallang Central ( MRT accessible )

Responsibilities:

• Prepare 3D technical drawings using Revit, AutoCAD or similar software

• Produce M&E detail drawings

• Revise drawings based on engineering changes or site feedback

• Ensure drawings comply with codes, standards, and specifications

• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project teams

• Maintain proper document control and version tracking

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a BIM Operator or Draftsperson in the construction industry
• Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
• BIM execution plans and project coordination standards
