BIM Designer (Mechanical)

The BIM Modeller (Mechanical) is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for mechanical systems in accordance with project requirements and Singapore standards. The role supports design development, coordination, and construction by producing high-quality BIM deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop mechanical BIM models (HVAC, ACMV, ventilation, piping) using Revit

• Produce coordinated shop drawings and construction drawings

• Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural, structural, and other M&E disciplines

• Ensure models comply with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), LTA/BCA guidelines, and project standards

• Update models based on design changes and site feedback

• Support consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeller (Mechanical) in Singapore projects

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit Navisworks knowledge is an advantage

• Familiar with local codes, BIM standards, and authority submission requirements

• Good coordination and communication skills
