Responsibilities:

• Able to train BIM modeller and drafters in company BIM standards.
• Able to setup & monitor modelling environment.
• Able to manage model schedule based on site schedule and must be aligned on the critical path of the project.
• Able to monitor BIM model & shop drawing creation and revisions.
• Able to conduct QAQC to the BIM models.
• Able to manage BIM modellers work scope & work schedule.
• Able to work closely with project team on relevant issues regarding site progress.
• Able to establish and monitor clashes with project team and in ICE sessions.
• Able to execute virtual mock-up sessions and coordination workflow.
• Able to execute simulations for 4D & 5D.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil / Structure / Building
• Min 3 years experience in related field for this position
