BIM Coordinator (HDB/Condo/Landed Projects)

• Support BIM Manager in model creation, clash detection, and coordination.
• Maintain BIM documentation and standards across projects.
• Provide technical support to design and site teams.
• Assist in developing 3D models to support project planning and construction.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture/Engineering.
• At least 2 years experience in BIM for HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM software.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and clash resolution techniques.
