BIM COORDINATOR

• Location: Woodland
• Willingness to commit to extended hours when required

Job Description:

• Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models throughout design and construction stages
• Manage federated BIM models and ensure alignment with project requirements
• Conduct regular clash detection using BIM coordination tools and drive issue resolution
• Support BIM coordination meetings with consultants, engineers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), modeling standards, and project guidelines
• Update BIM models based on approved drawings, RFIs, and site changes
• Prepare coordination drawings, combined models, and BIM extracts for construction use
• Support constructability reviews and spatial coordination for MEP-intensive systems
• Assist in maintaining Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows
• Support as-built model preparation and BIM handover documentation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of BIM coordination experience in construction or industrial projects
• Strong experience with Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP)
• Proficient in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination
• Good understanding of construction workflows and site coordination
• Experience in MEP-intensive or high-tech projects is an advantage
• Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar platforms
• Able to work in fast-track project environments
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication, reading, and writing skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associate
• Candidates with strong experience will be considered for a higher-level position, with salary adjusted accordingly
