Job Description: BIM Coordinator
- Nitec / Diploma / Degree in any Engineering, Architectural or relevant disciplines
- With Minimum 3 years of BIM Modelling Experience
- Competent in Autodesk AutoCAD / Revit / Navisworks
- Train BIM modeller and drafters in company BIM standards.
- Setup & monitor modelling environment.
- Manage model schedule based on site schedule and must be aligned on the critical path of the project.
- Monitor BIM model & shop drawing creation and revisions.
- Conduct QAQC to the BIM models.
- Manage BIM modellers work scope & work schedule.
- Work closely with project team on relevant issues regarding site progress.
- Establish and monitor clashes with project team.
- Execute virtual mock-up sessions and coordination workflow.
- Execute simulations for 4D & 5D.
- Experience in using Bentley Software is advantageous
- Able to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Well aware of latest BIM Standards, Guidelines, and Submission Standards
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
