BIM Modeller

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop 3D BIM models using Revit/AutoCAD.

. Create high-quality renderings for design and presentation.

. Prepare and coordinate Combined Services Drawings (CSD).

. Perform clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks.

Requirements:

. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

. At least 3 years of BIM related works experience.

. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion/Enscape.

. Familiar with MEP coordination and BIM standards.
