BIM COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of BIM software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee on-site technical matters, including BIM coordination, to support seamless project execution.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring site activities are well-coordinated and in line with the master schedule.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly to prevent delays.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and timely project reports for management review.
• Coordinate and review structural and M&E design details to ensure alignment with project specifications and requirements.
• Liaise closely with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective technical solutions.
• Ensure all works comply with the company's quality standards, safety guidelines, and contractual requirements.
• Adapt and respond effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment.
