Job Description

We import and distribute over 200 products ranging from food products to beverages, which includes our house-brand products.

Job Description:

  • Process orders from whatsapp, online and telephone
  • Issue Invoices and delivery orders
  • Colliate orders and send to supplier
  • Attend to incoming calls and emails
  • General admin support including updating, filing and printing.
  • Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to details, committed and independent worker
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Words and Outlook)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
  • Willing to learn
  • Singaporean or PR only
  • 5 day work week (from 9am - 5pm)
  • Preferable staying near north-east side
