Job Summary
The role supports the Group CEO office by leading project management and operational excellence initiatives to drive business expansion and coordinate cross-departmental efforts to achieve strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer demographics and competitive landscapes to identify new growth opportunities that inform business strategy
- Develop and deliver data-driven presentations to senior management, communicating actionable recommendations and key insights for strategic decision-making
- Establish, review, and monitor compliance with departmental policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls, and service quality standards to ensure operational excellence
- Coordinate data collection efforts to evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective solutions
- Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of approved strategic plans and operational processes to support transparency and accountability
- Assist in the continuous review and optimization of business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide cross-departmental support by addressing operational needs and facilitating seamless collaboration across teams
- Partner with management to implement organizational changes and support market expansion initiatives that drive business growth
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management to support overall business goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree holders
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and data-analytic applications to support data-driven decision-making
