Job Description:
We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to support BIM implementation and coordination for our construction project. The BIM Coordinator will assist the BIM Manager in managing models, resolving clashes and coordinating across disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update BIM models using software such as Revit
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and assist in resolving coordination issues
- Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (Civil, Structural, M&E)
- Assist in ensuring BIM standards and workflows are followed
- Support BIM coordination meetings and prepare reports
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors and consultants on model-related issues
- Update drawings and models based on site and design changes
- Support the BIM Manager in daily BIM activities
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related discipline
- Minimum 2-5 years of BIM experience in construction projects
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
- Experience in clash detection and model coordination
- Experience in infrastructure / tunnel projects preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
