Job Description

Job responsible:

Creating and modifying architectural and structural shop drawings working with files exported from Tender, Construction Dwgs and Revit
Modifying site drawings working with files exported from Revit
Adjusting M&E (CSD) drawings in CAD software, working with files exported from Revit

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD
Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with site teams and BIM team members
Ability to work under deadlines and manage priorities effectively

Experience Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in BIM Modelling work.
Minimum 2 years of experience working on construction projects, preferably with HDB (Housing and Development Board) projects or similar
Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
Good knowledge of Autodesk cad software and BIM software / tools.
