BIM CAD Drafter (Mechanical/ Consultancy)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers in the design and drafting of M&E systems using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Develop detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for building services including Electrical, Fire Protection, ACMV, and Plumbing & Sanitary.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subconsultants, contractors, and clients to identify and resolve design/interface issues.
• Ensure all drawings are compliant with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Maintain and organize drawing documentation for design review and submission.
• Support BIM model updates and contribute to the development of M&E BIM content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems in buildings.
• Ability to identify and resolve coordination and interface issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a project team.
• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline is preferred
