Description
- Prepare monthly billing and collection forecasts.
- Manage end-to-end client financial lifecycle and suggest process improvements.
- Advise on billing and tax matters, including cross-border issues.
- Monitor ageing balances and support bad debt provisions.
- Work closely with partners on rate agreements and matter setup.
- Provide detailed billing schedules and support audits.
- Build strong relationships with client finance teams for faster collections.
- Collaborate with BD teams and provide financial insights.
Profile
- Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in billing, revenue control, or working capital management (professional services preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a matrix environment with competing priorities
- Proficiency in finance systems/ERP and advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Resilient, proactive, and able to perform under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
