A global partner for industrial maintenance and repair solutions is seeking an Order Fulfilment Specialist. Centrally located in Singapore with a hybrid working arrangement.
Your new role
- Order Processing: Handle enquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately and on time.
- Customer Communication: Provide timely updates on order status, pricing, and product availability.
- Sales Documentation: Maintain invoices, quotations, contracts, and reports.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with logistics, production, and finance for seamless fulfilment.
- Sales Reporting: Track KPIs and analyse trends to support management decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns promptly.
- Export & Compliance: Prepare export documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage customs clearance.
- International Logistics: Coordinate global shipments and mitigate risks.
What you'll need to succeed
- Education: At least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience: 5 years minimally in order processing, logistics, or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Mandarin-speaking if required as you will be speaking to customers and suppliers in China in Manadarin.
