Key Responsibilities /
1. Develop new beverage concepts and recipes, from ideation to commercialization.
2. Conduct taste tests, sensory evaluation, and quality control for all beverages.
3. Collaborate with suppliers to source ingredients and optimize cost and quality.
4. Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to guide product innovation.
5. Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety regulations (SFA) and company standards.
SFA
6. Mentor and manage junior R&D staff, maintaining a high-performance team.
Qualifications /
. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field.
. Minimum 5 years experience in beverage R&D, preferably in tea, juice, or specialty drinks.

. Strong knowledge of beverage formulation, flavor profiling, and ingredient interactions.
. Familiarity with Singapore food regulations (SFA) and quality standards.
. Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
Preferred /
. Experience in F&B start-ups or fast-moving beverage chains.
. Innovative mindset with a passion for beverage trends and consumer experience.
