Job Summary
Operate CNC Turning machines and basic machine tools to perform machining tasks, interpret machine specifications, conduct process measurements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality and safety standards in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC turning machines independently to complete machining tasks accurately
- Read and interpret machine specifications to ensure correct machine setup and operation
- Set up, adjust, and operate basic machine tools to perform required machining operations
- Carry out process measurements to monitor machining accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot machine and process issues to maintain production efficiency
- Perform daily housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to established quality and safety practices to ensure compliance and product standards
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to support smooth operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 4 years of working experience in a similar machining field
- Demonstrated teamwork and good communication skills
