CNC Machinist

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate and execute various machining works using CNC/conventional horizontal milling machine and CNC turning machines
• Meet tight and demanding production schedule and delivery requirements
• Perform trouble-shooting, daily housekeeping and regular machine maintenance
• Select proper work holding devices and correct tools
• Read and perform simple programming if needed.
• Coordinate with operation manager for cost control initiatives and continuous improvement
• Report to the Machining Department Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of machining centre experience and knowledge
• Read and interpret technical drawing
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
• Able to work rotating shifts
• Able to operate machine independently and work well under pressure
