Roles & Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of the beauty centre to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage staff schedules, appointments, and customer flow.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and product inventory.

Staff Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise beauty therapists, stylists, and front-desk staff.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

Customer Service

• Ensure clients receive outstanding service and a memorable experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Build strong client relationships and loyalty programs.

Sales & Marketing

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and packages.
• Achieve sales targets for services and retail beauty products.
• Manage social media presence and promotional campaigns.

Financial & Administration

• Prepare and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue reports.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for orders.
• Track staff performance, incentives, and payroll-related inputs.

Compliance & Innovation

• Ensure compliance with local laws, labor regulations, and licensing.
• Keep updated with the latest beauty trends, treatments, and products.
• Introduce new services and solutions to attract and retain customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salon/Beauty Centre/Spa Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and industry trends.
• Good financial management and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, or salon management software.
