We are seeking a driven professional to boost sales performance, enhance customer experience, and maintain service consistency across our chain of beauty salons. This role involves coaching and motivating sales teams, conducting client consultations, personally supporting sales when required, and working closely with trainers to ensure service quality meets customer expectations. You will also monitor performance, provide insights to management, and coordinate with other departments to achieve business goals.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to inspire teams while delivering results. Preferably with about 4 years experience in beauty/wellness sales within a salon environment and be willing to work mall retail hours from late morning to night including weekends and public holidays.
