Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Beauty Centre Manager to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the beauty centre to ensure efficiency and service quality
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to uphold high service standards and achieve business goals
- Conduct professional skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments to clients
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
- Monitor staff performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to increase customer engagement and revenue
- Manage appointment scheduling to ensure smooth customer flow and optimal resource utilization
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with industry regulations
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and product availability to support operations
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to enhance customer retention and loyalty
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Professional certification in beauty or aesthetics (e.g., CIBTAC, CIDESCO) is advantageous
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the beauty/aesthetic industry
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated through team management
- Sales-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Good knowledge of skincare treatments and products
- Positive attitude, well-groomed, and customer-oriented approach
