Beauty Advisor

• Recognize sale opportunities and be able to capitalize on upselling/ cross-presentation of items or services at the point of service.
• Contributes to achieving store goals in sales and service
• Participate on managing deliveries (unpacking, preparing, re-shelving or storing stock)
• Explaining the value and benefit of the Brand Membership to customers
• Engages customers in conversation and establish a connection to understand their needs
• Deliver premium retail experience by offering excellent after sales service/follow up
• Cultivate customer relationships to stimulate word of mouth and grow client database
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Store in Charge / Store Manager

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year of retail experience (excited to welcome newcomers to the beauty world too!)
• 5 days work week, 44 hours based on roster
• Passionate about beauty and retail industry
• Excellent customer service and sales driven
• Good team player with a positive personality
