Beauty Advisor / Sales Manager (Commission Earning / East Area)

Key Responsibilities

. Drive store sales targets and profitability

. Manage, train, and motivate the sales team

. Develop sales strategies and promotional plans

. Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and customer retention

. Oversee inventory management and stock control

. Ensure excellent customer experience and brand consistency

. Handle escalations, complaints, and VIP clients

. Work with marketing on campaigns and launches

Requirements

. Experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty/cosmetics

. Proven experience managing teams and hitting targets

. Strong leadership and business acumen

. Excellent communication and organizational skills
