Job Description:
- Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador
- Achieve Individual sales and Store sales target
- Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Managers
- Perform cashiering duties and various payment transactions in store
- Manage in-store visual merchandising display and floor set changes
- Ensure all monies and sales transactions are accordance to the operation procedures
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers
- Maintaining and upholding the company's image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times
- Work with the Manager to best handle customer complaints
- Comply with Brand standards, company SOP and the Code of Business Conduct
- Perform store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process follows company SOPs
- Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times
- Any Ad Hoc duties as assigned by the management
Brands available in-store ( La Mer, Tom Ford, SK-II, Dior, Yves Saint Laurent and many more)
Requirements:
- 6-hours daily with 4-day work week 24 hours per week (weekdays & weekend, retail shift).
- Basic salary $1600 with commission.
- Only Singaporean & SPR.
- Leave entitlement 7 days per year.
- 1-2 years beauty experience.
