Job Summary
We are seeking passionate Beauty Advisors for our pop-up store at NEX Shopping Centre to provide personalised product advice, demonstrate usage, drive sales and maintain store standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized recommendations on skincare, fragrance, makeup and beauty tools to meet customer needs
- Demonstrate product usage and share beauty tips confidently to enhance customer experience
- Drive sales by achieving individual and store targets through effective customer engagement
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing shopping environment
- Assist with stock replenishment and manage inventory to support smooth retail operations
- Handle cashiering and daily retail transactions accurately and efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics or retail to support effective customer service
- Strong interest in skincare, fragrance and makeup products to provide knowledgeable advice
- Well-groomed appearance and confident communication skills to engage customers positively
- Sales-driven mindset with good communication skills to meet sales targets
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays to support store operations
