Job Description

As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of Realm, delivering warm, attentive, and thoughtful service that reflects our commitment to wellness and elevated dining experiences. You play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to all guests
  • Present menu confidently, including ingredients and wellness concepts
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Operations

  • Prepare and set up dining areas before service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet at all times
  • Support opening and closing duties
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Team Support

  • Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team for smooth service flow
  • Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements

  • Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Prior F&B experience is a plus
