Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to all guests
- Present menu confidently, including ingredients and wellness concepts
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Operations
- Prepare and set up dining areas before service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet at all times
- Support opening and closing duties
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Team Support
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team for smooth service flow
- Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements
