Job Scope:

As a Clinical Assistant you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

1 Registering Patients

2 Taking Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, and Temperature Measurements

3 Screening for Presenting Complaints

4 Assessing Eligibility for Government Subsidies (SFL/HSG/CHAS/PG/MG/Medisave/Flexi/TPA/Insurance), performing claims and updating patient profiles accordingly

5 Dispensing Medications

6 Performing ECGs

7 Collection of Payment

8Attending to phone call enquiries

9 Managing Patients Expectations On-Site

Dispatching Blood Tests

Maintaining cleanliness of the clinic at all times and other ad hoc duties
